The territory is located in Garadagh district, 5 km from the city center, near Harbor, Port and Terminals.
A direct railway line was laid to the territory (separated from international railway line). So it allows you to save time and additional charges in unloading the luggage. There are also direct access to all international strategic highways.
The territory is provided with uninterrupted electricity, water and gas supply. It is also supplied with a high voltage transformer (3000 kVA), generator and stabilizers.
In the construction of warehouses, high-quality metal structures and 8-10 mm sandwich panels made in Turkey are used. The entire ground cover of the territory is high quality concrete, 35 cm thick, with open and closed areas.
